Project Preparation and Sample Testing
 
Solution Data Systems, Inc. takes great care to prepare our clients Data Entry or Document Scanning project for production. After receiving the clients Input and Output specifications and sample documents, we run several tests and return the results whether it is data or scanned images to our clients for their approval. Only after the client is satisfied that we are capturing the data and/or document image correctly, as dictated by their specifications, do we proceed with the full scale production of their Data Entry Information and/or Document Scanning.

We are constantly monitoring our production processes to make sure we are meeting our clients needs and are very flexible in changing the requirements, if needed by the client in mid-stream.
